  • Drive to the back of Harrington Ct then turn right.

  • Enter through the metal door of "Crossfit Connection"

  • Our clinic is located in the back of the gym past the glass set of doors 

  • Walk straight ahead and check in for your appointment

  • Parking located directly in front of the building is reserved for those with accessible needs.

  • On-site parking lot behind our building is currently available and gives access to our office located on the lower level.

  • Appointments 6 pm or later please enter through front door.
