Additionally, early treatments after accidents involving trauma and injury, massage therapy can greatly reduce the development of painful muscular patterning.
A Registered Massage Therapist is a primary healthcare provider in Ontario, and a prescription is not required to visit an RMT. RMTs can work with a variety of patients in the treatment of illness, injury rehabilitation, and disability and can be used to treat both acute and chronic conditions.
